Workshop Details

13th Dec | Part 1: Make Gratitude a Habit
Explore the beauty of gratitude through the five senses—sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. This interactive session includes sensory activities, reflection stations and guided journaling to help participants recognise Allah’s closeness and appreciate His blessings in everyday life.

14th Dec | Part 2: Make Reflection a Habit
Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily prayer routine, inspired by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (p). This session combines practical exercises, reflection and discussion to help build a stronger, more meaningful connection with Allah (s.w.t).
