Sage Smudging & Sharing Circle- Create a sacred, supportive space to connect and share your story.

Sacred Medicine Cacao Ceremony- Set intentions and align with your higher self through heartfelt prayers and invocations.

Kundalini- Experience a transformative blend of breath and movement to energize and clear your chakras. (Gentle Kundalini for all levels )

Shamanic Breathwork Journey- Release physical and emotional stress, stored trauma, and pain through conscious breathing and inner exploration. A quick powerful way to release what you've been holding onto.

Celestial Sound Bath- Immerse yourself in healing sounds from Singing Bowls, voice, drums, chimes and more guiding you beyond space and time.

Closing Circle & Integration- Reflect and integrate your experience, taking time to honour and nurture yourself.

Yoga mat, blanket, pillows, and/or cushion

Petra Mountford (Prema) is a Cacao priestess, Love Goddess, Musician and Sound Healer. Petra brings her deep connection with sacred cacao, transformative music, sound healing to create a space of love and transformation.
