For millennia, women have instinctively gathered in circles—sacred spaces where wisdom is shared, healing unfolds, and sisterhood is nurtured.

In our modern world, it is time to create spaces where we honour our divine energy, nourish our souls, and remember who we truly are.

As modern women, we are often swept away by the currents of daily life, moving through a world shaped by urgency and structure. 

This circle is an invitation to pause, to reconnect with the sacred wisdom within—the wisdom that awakens when we bridge the connection between our womb—our creative powerhouse; our heart—the center of love and expansion; and our throat—the channel of self-expression.

For too long, this knowledge has been silenced, dismantled, and hidden. But today, we REmembertogether.

This is an invitation to tap into the reservoir of wisdom encoded in our cells, to awaken the essence of being a woman, and to remember the power we hold within.

What to expect:

✦ You'll learn about the power of the womb when awaken, your heart center and the relationship with your voice and self-expression.

✦ A guided meditation and breathwork practice.

✦ You'l be guided with prompts that will help us increase our awareness and find tools to awaken the feminine energy within us.

✦ You'll enjoy a slow flow yoga class design to tap into our sacred body trinity.

✦ You'll experience a soothing sound healing session followed with organic tea (Cups will be provided).

We warmly invite you to explore the depths of being a woman and reawaken the energy of your divine feminine.

What to bring:

✧ Bring a water bottle,

✧ Yoga mat or picnic blanket,

✧ A hat and a jumper or cardigan (we know Aussie weather)

What to wear:

Dress in comfortable, relaxed, free-moving clothing.

Vanessa Del Castillo — Peruvian-born, Australian, currently living in NYC. She's an energy and sound facilitator, mindfulness coach, ceremonialist, Reiki Master Teacher, shamanic practitioner under the Q'ero lineage of the Andes of Peru, Munay-Ki lineage carrier, and Womb Keeper. In her workshops, she shares earth-based knowledge related to energy, elementals, and ancient wisdom that we can apply to our modern lives to live in harmony with our bodies and our Earth, Pachamama. —Stay connected! @iamthelightarts

Giulia D'apolito — Italian born, Australian, currently living in Perth. Giulia first taste of yoga was in 2015. Since then, yoga has slowly become an important part of her being.
Her love for the practice drove her to become a Yoga teacher in 2021. Giulia loves how yoga gives you the tools to brings ourself together, tuning our breath our body and mind in one harmonious self. Her 370 RYT training is based in Vinyasa, Meditation, breath work facilitator ,Yin and functional yoga. Giulia's teaching fuses her love for a creative flow with a more functional approach. Encouraging each of us to explore and nurturing our beautiful uniqueness. —Stay connected! @giuly_ag

Why we gather in a circle? 
A circle is a symbol of unity and community. It is a sacred gathering of women who come together to connect, support, and empower each other in a safe and nurturing environment. This is an ancient practice rooted in various cultures around the world and serve as safe spaces for women to share their experiences, wisdom, and challenges without judgment. CeremoniA focusses in sisterhood, empowerment, womb wisdom, Mother Earth connection and learning experiences. 

Is this a religious practice?
'CeremoniA' was created to educate modern women about ancient traditions and help them ‘remember’ this practices. Each circle is design to empower women from diverse backgrounds about the essence of the Divine Feminine, our intrinsic connection with Mother Earth, and the profound potential within our intuition and creative power. I use practices from Peru, my land, I impart the wisdom and teachings cultivated from my experiences there and my own healing journey.

Only women can join?
Women aged 18 years or older, from any cultural or religious background, are invited to join. Regardless of whether you possess a physical womb, if you identify as a woman, you are warmly welcomed to participate and harness the powerful energy of the circle.
