The 2026 REIV Awards for Excellence brings together the individuals, agencies and businesses making their mark across the industry.

It’s a night to recognise outstanding achievement, celebrate with colleagues and connect with the people who make Victorian real estate what it is.

And in 2026, there’s even more to celebrate. As the REIV marks 90 years, this year’s Awards Gala will take guests on a journey back to the 1930s. Celebrating the industry’s history while looking towards its future.

This year’s REIV Awards for Excellence is returning to Palladium at Crown, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank on Thursday 22 October from 6.30pm - 11.30pm.

Get ready for the return of Fashions of the REIV, proudly presented in collaboration with Rex Afrasiabi and New Chapter Legal.

Rex, alongside a special guest, will be hosting our red carpet, with the best-dressed male and female each taking home a $1,000 gift voucher of their choice. So bring your black-tie best, your personal style and a little something extra.
