About the Awards:
The Rotary Awards for Vocational Excellence were established in 1982 by the Rotary District 9685 Vocational Service Committee. The first awards were presented by PDG Graham Turnidge at the 1983 District Conference in Bathurst. Since then, clubs in District 9685 have embraced this program as a vital part of promoting vocational excellence.
Our Purpose:
- To recognize exceptional contributions to vocational fields in Australia and to honor those who exemplify the highest standards of excellence.
- To inspire enthusiasm and provide recognition for outstanding achievers in our community.
- To set a shining example for the youth, showcasing the importance of striving for excellence in their professional journeys.
- Nominees are encouraged to reside and/or work within the boundaries of District 9685.Â
