This invitation is for Active Sport & Rec Participants along with their family members and carers, program Staff, sponsors & supporters -
We would like to invite you to the
TDT Sport & Recreation Awards Night Evening
When: Saturday 28 June 2025
Where: The Fraternity Club, 11 Bourke St - Fairy Meadow
Time: 6:30pm
Dress: Formal Attire
Please note – this is not a supervised event, participants are required to attend with a parent or carer.
Cost:
- Active Program Participants - Free (TDT will cover the cost for your ticket)
Includes 3 course meal & soft drink jugs on the table
(Please let us know if participants would like the set 3 course meal or would prefer Chicken Schnitzel & Chips as their main meal)
- Family & Friends - $75 pp
Includes 3 course meal & soft drink jugs on the table
- Children under 12 - $40 pp
Includes 3 course children’s meal & soft drink jugs on the table
Bar facilities will be open for people to buy their own alcohol
