Event description
Unfortunately this event has been cancelled
Where are your people at? How are your leaders doing? And why is this even more critical now than ever before?
How do you connect in with, and become aware of, how your people are really feeling to be able to support them? If you don’t, beware, it’s a business continuity risk!
Before joining JumpShift, Don McVeigh lead crisis response for Fonterra for several years at the request of Theo Spierings, the then CEO. He is able to bring a unique perspective to the challenge of growth and capability development in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment.
Join Mark and Don as they explore
- What are leaders feeling right now and how do we know?
- Why assess the current state, surely my people fine if our top leaders are?
- What’s working to assess the current state and how can you stay connected to what people are feeling?
- When you know how they are, what can you do about it?
