The Citadel of Awareness Retreat

Event description

“The Citadel of Awareness”
A three-day meditation retreat with Anam Thubten
Saturday, Sunday, Monday:
Aug. 31, Sep 1, Sept 2, 2024
In-person at Dhumatala Temple and via Zoom Webinar

All our mental events are like clouds, and the nature of mind is like the vast sky, which is always present, whether we experience it or not. It is an “ego-free zone.” In that state, we meet our true nature, which is already free and is called the Primordial Buddha. By awakening to that, we realize that we can serve as a reservoir of love and insight to the world. Anam Thubten will offer talks and meditation guidance, based on the Nyingma tradition, to bring the nature of mind to life in our own experience.
