What started as a conversation in Christchurch is now growing across the country, with the goal of connecting young women working and volunteering across the emergency management and emergency services sectors.

We're coming together online for the very first time, and we'd love you to join us.

Whether you're already part of AWE, considering joining, or simply keen to connect with others in the sector, this is an opportunity to meet like-minded people, build connections, and help shape the future of the network.

As a friendly guide rather than a strict rule, we're generally focusing on those aged 18-35.
