We live in an increasingly diverse society, but COVID-19 has highlighted how migrant and refugee communities continue to be disproportionately affected by emergencies and disasters.

How can we foster collaboration with multicultural communities? How do we build on their strengths and capabilities? And what is needed to build the diversity of our emergency and disaster resilience organisations and agencies?
