Friendships can look different for Autistic children.

Some children connect through shared interests. Quiet time together. Gaming. Online spaces. Or being near someone they trust. These friendships may not look the way adults expect. But they are still real, important and meaningful.

We’re joined by Sandhya Menon from Upwards & Onwards Psychology. She will help families understand how Autistic children connect. As well as how to support friendships in a way that feels safe and right for them.

In this webinar we explore

  • Why friendship may look different for Autistic children

  • Why there is no one right way to socialise

  • How friendships can become more complicated as children get older

  • Ways to support friendships without pressure
