Join us for a full immersion onto the basics of Ayurveda and plant-based inspired nutrition on Saturday 3rd of May from 11am til 2pm at the Old Church of Margaret River Community Center. We’ll dive deep into Ayurvedic constitutions, how they can impact our lives and how to adjust our life-styles and eating habits according to this ancient wisdom. We’ll also explore plant-based nutrition, how to slowly transition into a full plant-based diet, creating healthy, balanced, harmless and delicious meals.
