Join, taste, meet and greet at Darlin Dal to celebrate 5 years in business (Kicharee Kitchn' / Darlin Dal). Engage and experience the essence of Ayurveda the {Science of Life} and how this may help you and your family.
This series of 4 weekly workshops educate on how to empower your health and are all held in the cosy hub of Darlin’ Dal! Register for 1, or register for all 4! Numbers are strictly limited so book early.
Every Sunday, 16 May to 6 June 2021, 3pm - 5pm (except 23 May starts at 2pm) and includes door prizes, gorgeous goodie bags, and competitions! Then open to the general public for tastings + Ayurvedic Cocktail Hour 5-6pm.

The ‘Doctor from India’ is the fascinating story of Vasant Lad’s mission to bring the ancient healthcare system of wellness called Ayurveda from India to the west in the late 1970’s. Join Ayurvedic doctors Dr Krishna Kumar, Dr Bosco Paul, and Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant Lee Zivanovic for an interactive Q& A after the screening.
You will leave feeling empowered and have stepped into a magical world that is you!
