Presented by Niveen Rajabdeen

Mental Health Counsellor, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Yoga & Meditation teacher and Wellness Coach at Ananda Wellness Australia

Ayurveda is one of the world’s most powerful mind-body health systems, and aims to restore balance to the body and mind through diet, yoga, meditation, daily habits and living in tune with nature and her seasons. Discover how to apply Ayurvedic principles in order to maintain an optimal state of wellbeing, as we enter Spring in Australia.

There will be a focus on diet, eating and daily lifestyle habits, yoga and breathing and you will go home with the information you need to make do-able adjustments to your daily life to feel healthy and happy in mind & body.

During this 1.5 hour workshop, Niveen will cover:

  • An introduction to Ayurveda and its core principles
  • How to cleanse in between seasons
  • How to prepare your diet and lifestyle for Spring
  • Details of a seasonal yoga practice
  • A take home sample meal plan for the season.
