Ayurveda in the Kitchen: Spring Nourishment for Body, Mind & Soul

Location: Tinonee Memorial School of Arts

Join us for a hands-on cooking workshop designed to bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit with the vibrant energy of Spring. The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda is based on natural healing, and teaches us how to align with the changing seasons through food that nourishes and revitalises from the inside-out.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • How to align with the seasons and what are the doshas
  • Practical hands-on experience in Ayurvedic cooking using food & herbs 
  • How to prepare delicious nourishing Spring-inspired dishes to bring balance to your body & mind 
  • Understanding of Ayurvedic principles and seasonal eating
  • Tips for incorporating Ayurvedic cooking into daily life

You’ll have the chance to join Sharon Osborn and I in the kitchen as we demonstrate Ayurvedic cooking techniques using fresh, seasonal ingredients. And of course, we have fun 😅

We’ll share the recipes that support digestion, detoxification, and renewal in Spring and then enjoy a delicious, nourishing Ayurvedic lunch together.

Whether you're new to Ayurveda or looking to deepen your knowledge, this workshop will provide practical tools to bring balance and vitality into your kitchen and your life.

This workshop is for anyone interested in resetting their bodies (and minds) as we come out of the heaviness of winter or simply value their wellness.
