Nathan will discuss what being a B Corp means for Torrens, highlighting their journey and achievements. Finally, Todd will explore where B Corp fits into the broader certification environment and why it stands out as the best choice for businesses. Speaker profiles:

Kathy Joyce is the founder and managing director of Good 4 Business, a Sydney-based consultancy specialising in business sustainability and B Corp Certification. She started her career as an Interior Designer and later founded Devise Décor and Designer Products Australia. Kathy's work focuses on sustainability, empowering clients to make sustainable choices, and supporting local businesses. She has worked on various projects as a designer, including a purpose-driven resort in Fiji. After selling Designer Products in 2016, she became a B Corp Consultant, completed an MBA and started Good 4 Business. Kathy is also an avid traveller, committed to sustainability.

Nathan Scoular is an accomplished designer who also has a decade of leadership experience within the higher education sector. He is currently Director of Product Innovation at Torrens University Australia. 

Nathan's expertise is in industry-aligned course design and its delivery across campus and online modalities. He has lead national academic teams spanning digital design, graphic design, and communication design, with an emphasis on producing graduates with a sense of social and environmental responsibility.

Nathan holds a Master of Business Administration and post graduate qualifications in Design. He is a member of Torrens University Australia's Academic Board as well as a State Branch Councillor for the Design Institute of Australia.

Todd Wegner is a global strategy and operations consultant with over 15 years of experience helping companies scale impact - both profit and purpose. He has held executive roles in the US and Australia, leading operations, strategy, and impact initiatives at organisations such as Koskela, Torrens Global Education, and Laureate Education (US). Recognised as a leader in the B Corp movement, Todd spearheaded the certification of 75 higher education institutions across 25 countries while at Laureate Education. He is a frequent speaker and contributor on the topic of B Corps and has been featured in numerous articles, books, and short courses. Todd holds an MBA from George Washington University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
