What this event is all about
GoodNorth events are usually open to ALL Good Humans, independent of what we do for work, or where we are.
But we’ve learned that we, the B Corp Community, want something just for us. So now is the time for an online speed networking event, just for people who work at B Corps across Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand (AANZ).
On the afternoon of the 16th April you are invited to spend 90 mins to connect and reconnect with other awesome people in the B Corp community of AANZ.
When we learn about each other, we can create and strengthen bonds which can fuel potential collaborations. Imagine what we can do together?

Who is it for?
This event is for leaders, team members, and employees of B Corps across Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand (AANZ). If you are not part of a Certified B Corporation, our regular Purpose Speed Networking event is for you.
What the heck is Speed Networking?
Simple. It's 90 mins of online networking. It's totally FREE! You’re welcome to join us and make 8 B Corp connections.
If you haven't been to one of these before, have no fear, you are in safe hands. This will be our 40th online speed networking event!
While the name suggests Networking, there is a twist: We pose a different question. Not “What do you do?” rather “What are you passionate about changing in the world?”, or because you are a B Corp and clear on your purpose "What is your purpose?"
This is how it will go:
We envision the virtual room filled with a hundred awesome humans from all different B Corps across AANZ. In other words, purposeful people using business as a force for good.
The Agenda
There will be a very brief warm welcome by your host with some basic rules and instructions.
The speed networking will commence using breakout rooms. It is 9 mins per pair, with equal focus intended for each person, then automatic change over. Follow the instructions and you'll be fine.
We will provide some conversation questions to promote profound connections, so you won't be stuck for words. In fact, it’s better if you don’t come with prepared conversations, rather be yourself!
ATTENTION: As it is a very tight schedule and we start strictly on time. The doors will close at 3 mins past the hour - be on time! This is so everyone is set and ready to go with the instructions and we make the most of the time together.

What to wear
You are not expected to dress up. We are all working from home, so feel free to be your good self. But please do wear something!
Make sure you bring your awesome smiling self and a great attitude.
Who we are
GoodNorth are a community of businesses in the region broadly spanning the Northern Rivers through Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Beyond, who believe that business can be a force for good.
