BA Playbooks — EMEA & India
Description
A model you agree with and cannot run on Monday morning is a model you will abandon by Friday.
This is the day that turns the twelve playbooks into something you actually execute: the entry conditions, the steps, the decision points, the handoffs, and the worked examples that show what "done" looks like for every artefact named in the model.
No theory that is not immediately applied. You run the playbooks during the day, on real examples.
Who this is for
Business Analysts at any level who want a repeatable operating method rather than a philosophy. Particularly effective for whole teams — afterwards they share one vocabulary and one artefact set instead of twelve personal interpretations of the same method.
What we cover
The twelve playbooks, what each is for, and how to tell which one you are in
Running a playbook end to end: entry conditions, steps, decision points, exit criteria
The artefact set — a template and a worked example for every artefact the model names
Handoffs: what has to be true before the next playbook can start
Adapting a playbook to your organisation without breaking the thing that made it work
Using the figure library — templates and worked examples drawn from nine industries
What you leave with
The full playbook set and the artefact templates that go with them
Worked examples you can hold up as the standard
A shared vocabulary across everyone who attended
