Join us in the beautiful UniSQ Garden Library for our first panel discussion on the future of the Allied Health skilled workforce in Ipswich. UniSQ is the No 1. University in Australia for Nursing graduates and currently provides Midwifery and Paramedic qualifications, expanding in 2023 to include Allied Health degrees in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Social Work.
UniSQ has invited a special guest speaker, Executive Director Allied Health, Mr Phillip Juffs from West Moreton Health to join Professor Chris McLellan, Head of School (Health and Medical Sciences) for an expert panel discussion on future resourcing needs of the health sector in our region. Along with Ipswich Chamber of Commerce President Phillip Bell, we'll learn how the combination of Education and Health sectors can work together with industry to support jobs growth and local business in our City.
