Attend this course weekly for 5 consecutive weeks: 10am - 11:30am

An interactive, fun and nurturing course over 5 weeks for mums and their babies aged 6 weeks - 6 months.

This class includes baby massage followed by mamma time with tea and nibbles while sharing our motherhood journey, connecting with the other mums.

We finish up with a calming relaxation for both you and bub. You will leave these classes feeling calm, connected and centred! Course details:

Kathryn Stoneman is a dedicated birth and postpartum doula based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia.As the founder of Mamma Nurture and co-founder of The Village Collective, she offers comprehensive support to women transitioning into motherhood.

A mother of three, Kathryn combines her personal experience with professional training to provide holistic care. Her qualifications include being a certified Mindful Hypnobirthing Facilitator, Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) practitioner from Possums & Co, postpartum masseuse, and instructor of baby yoga and baby massage. She is also recognised as a "mamma-to-be gatherer," fostering community among expectant mothers.

Kathryn's services encompass:

Birth Doula Support: Providing emotional and physical assistance during pregnancy and labor.
Postpartum Doula Support: Offering nurturing care to new mothers, including meal preparation, emotional support, and newborn care guidance.
Mindful Hypnobirthing Courses: Teaching techniques to promote a calm and empowered birthing experience.
Mamma-to-be Gatherings and Mum & Bub Classes: Facilitating group sessions to build community and share experiences.
Mother Showers: Celebrating the transition into motherhood with supportive rituals.

Through Mamma Nurture, Kathryn aims to educate, empower, and nurture mothers, helping them build confidence and a supportive village during their journey into motherhood.
