Description

This gentle workshop introduces parents and babies to the benefits of baby massage and baby yoga through nurturing touch, movement, songs, and relaxation. Suitable for babies approximately 6 weeks to 12 months, the session guides parents through simple age-appropriate yoga movements and massage techniques that can be incorporated into everyday routines at home. The workshop also includes gentle stretches and breathing exercises for parents, creating a calm and welcoming environment to slow down, relax, and enjoy quality time together.
