Description

Release tension. Calm your body. Come back to yourself.

You’ve been holding a lot… in your body, your mind, your life.
At some point, pushing through stops working, and your body starts asking for something different.

Your body doesn’t need more pressure. It needs a place to soften, release, and reset.

This is a weekly 60-minute class designed to help you come back into your body.

Through gentle fascial manoeuvres, guided mantra, and nervous system regulation, you’ll begin to release stored tension, calm your system, and reconnect with yourself.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You just need to show up as you are.

What to expect:

  • Slow, guided fascial release movements

  • Mantra woven through the body (not just the mind)

  • A safe space to release tension and emotional holding

  • Support for your nervous system to settle and regulate

  • A deeper connection back to yourself

How you may feel after:

  • Lighter in your body

  • Calmer in your mind

  • More present and grounded

  • Less overwhelmed

  • More like yourself again

This is for you if:

  • You feel constantly “on” or overwhelmed

  • You carry tension in your body (hips, chest, jaw)

  • You find it hard to switch off or fully relax

  • You’ve experienced stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm

  • You’re looking for a more grounded, body-based approach to healing

Each session includes:

  • A gentle arrival and weekly theme

  • Fascial Maneuvers with guided mantra

  • Individual support where needed, including tailored or alternative movements

  • A short grounding meditation to integrate

  • A calm, supportive space to move and release at your own pace

What are the benefits of Fascial Maneuvers?

Fascial Maneuvers work with the body’s connective tissue... the fascia, helping it soften, release, and restore natural flow.

You may notice:

  • less tension in the body (especially hips, shoulders, chest, jaw)

  • feeling calmer and more regulated

  • a sense of lightness or ease after class

  • improved movement and flexibility

  • emotional release as the body begins to let go

  • feeling more present and connected to yourself

Over time, this practice supports your body to unwind stored stress and return to a more natural, balanced state.

About me:

Hi, I’m Jennie.

I help women reconnect with themselves through nervous system healing, fascial work, and deeper identity transformation.

My work is grounded, practical, and deeply embodied, because real change doesn’t happen in the mind alone. It happens in the body.

This is the kind of space I wish I had during my own healing journey.

If your body has been asking for a pause… this is your space to begin.

FAQs

  • What exactly are fascial maneuvres?

They’re slow, simple movements that work with the body’s fascia (connective tissue), helping to release tension and restore natural flow. Nothing is forced; the body is given space to soften and unwind in its own time.

  • What are the benefits of Fascial Maneuvers?

Fascial Maneuvers help release tension held in the body, calm the nervous system, and restore natural movement. Many women feel lighter, more relaxed, and more connected to themselves after class.

  • Is this like yoga?

It’s different. This is a slower, more body-led practice that works with your fascia to help the body soften, release tension, and unwind in its own time.

  • What if I’m not flexible or fit?

You don’t need to be. This isn’t about fitness or flexibility - it’s about meeting your body exactly where it is and reconnecting with your body in a gentle, supportive way.

  • What if I feel emotional?

That’s completely okay. The body can hold onto stress and emotion, and sometimes that begins to release. You’re always in control, and you can go at your own pace.

  • Will this help with stress or anxiety?

Many women notice they feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded after practising Fascial Maneuvers. This work supports your nervous system, which plays a big role in how you experience stress.

  • Do I need any experience?

Not at all. This class is designed for beginners and anyone new to body-based work. You’ll be gently guided the whole way. All are welcome, just as you are.

  • Can I come casually or do I need to commit?

You’re welcome to come casually or join for the full term. Consistency will deepen the experience, but you can start wherever feels right for you.

  • Is this just for women?

Yes - this space is currently for women, to create a safe and supportive environment.

  • What if I feel nervous coming on my own?

That’s completely normal. The space is designed to feel welcoming, calm, and supportive from the moment you walk in. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

  • Is this a therapy session?

This isn’t therapy, but it is a supportive, body-based space to release tension and reconnect with yourself. You’re always in control of your experience. If you feel a need to go deeper, Jennie offers Root Cause Therapy programs.

  • What should I bring?

Just something comfortable to move in (no skirts), a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one. You might like to wear socks to keep your feet warm. (I’ll let you know if anything else is needed.) *Please, NO lotion or perfume.
