ABOUT:
The Wellington Region's population exceeds half a million.
Wellington Hospital is the Wellington Region's main tertiary hospital, with services such as complex specialist and acute (or "tertiary") services, procedures and treatments such as the Intensive Care Unit, cardiac surgery, cancer care, cardiology procedures, neurosurgery, and renal care.
The Property and Facilities team for the Wellington District Hospitals would like to welcome NAWIC members to tour the TEC and connecting tunnels to get a firsthand look as to how infrastructure is supported in a hospital environment. Hosted by the Technical Services team, this is your opportunity to go behind the scenes of a working hospital to hear firsthand how we deliver projects and services in a live environment.
Carparking: There is very limited carparking available; enquires regarding parking can be made to: nix.lavin@TeWhatuOra.govt.nz. We recommend walking, public transport, uber or similar for access to this site.
