Backstage enrollment opens quarterly. The dates listed indicate the current enrollment period and are not tied to a live event or start date.

Credit Unions under $25M in assets are eligible for up to three (3) complimentary Backstage Passes.
This membership will give access to a 12-month guided experience for credit union business development, community impact, and growth leaders who want to turn insight into action.
Backstage pairs peer-led conversations with practical guides, live working sessions, and curated resources designed to support real execution — not just ideas.

- Who is Backstage for?
Backstage is designed for credit union professionals responsible for driving growth and impact — from executives and senior leaders to branch managers, BD/Community managers, frontline BD/Community reps, and anyone building relationships that drive growth.
- How does Backstage access work?
Once you register, you'll receive an invitation to join our private Backstage community on Circle—your central hub for everything Backstage. Inside the community, you'll find live event access, workshop recordings, templates, resources, discussions, and member-exclusive content.
After creating your Circle account, please allow up to 24 hours for your membership to be fully activated and for access to all community spaces to appear. You'll also receive email reminders and updates for upcoming events and new content.
If you don't see all of your community spaces after 24 hours, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
- Is this a yearly subscription?
Yes. Backstage is offered as an annual subscription that provides ongoing access to events, resources, and content throughout the year.
- Can I enroll at different times of the year?
Yes! Enrollment is open year-round, so you can join Backstage whenever you're ready and begin accessing member-exclusive events, resources, and the Circle community.
- How will I know when my subscription is up for renewal?
You’ll receive a renewal notification 30 days prior to your subscription renewal date, with clear next steps and options.

- What is the refund policy?
Backstage is an annual subscription that includes immediate access to digital content and events. All sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
If needed, access may be transferred to another individual within the same organization
