Through Movement, Sound, Meditation, and Guidance, you'll rediscover your inner sanctuary, quiet your mind, and tap into deep rest and clarity.

Movement liberates the body, infusing you with energy and life-force. Sound healing and meditation harmonize your being, shifting your state of consciousness and unlocking profound relaxation and healing.

Indulge in a rejuvenating hour of movement, inner awareness, and healing. We'll begin with a grounding meditation, followed by gentle movement to sync with your body's rhythm. Then, surrender to the vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, shamanic drum, and more – allowing release and renewal.

Former Co-Owner of Wild Heart Yoga Cairns. I have been teaching Yoga for 9 years now and honestly love how each style allows us to access different areas and energies of ourselves . I currently teach 11 classes a week , Gentle, Yin, Bhakti as-well as sound healings and Transformational breath work

I have been exploring and practicing with the divine feminine for the last 9 years, it has changed my life in the most incredible ways. To choose a favourite Goddess is impossible I have had a love affair with them all from Kali and Durga to Hecate and Persephone , Lakshmi to Aphrodite
they all hold such special and potent energy and have continued to be the most incredible guides in my life.

If I could meet anyone it’s between Joan of Arc and Mary Magdalene , two incredibly powerful women who moved mountains and listened to the hearts despite what came up against them.

Dancing, singing, music are my love language and I constantly explore different instruments and movements as ways of feeling deeper into my self and connecting and processing feelings and emotions that words fall short on , it’s also how I love to start my days an activate my feminine energy.

I have had my own yoga practice on and off over many years. I took my first class when I was around 18. I have been teaching yoga since 2022. Yoga has helped give me the understanding that we are all one, that we are all in constant co-creation with a higher source that moves through all of us. This knowing always reminds me to follow the whispers of the heart, and to always show up just as we are each time we meet our yoga mats. I currently teach 5 classes a week, Gentle, Chair yoga and Sound Healing. I also do group sound, private yoga, colour therapy and body balances with sound.

I’ve been a sound healer for around 2 years professionally I’ve always had instruments in my life,I used to play clarinet as a kid. The opportunity opened up to work with crystal bowls and it feels like something that just comes naturally to me. I was never planning on becoming a sound healer and now I can’t imagine not doing it. I work with groups and one-one.

I’ve worked with energy healing/body balancing for almost 17 years. The energy body is just as powerful and important as the physical body, you need to take care of it. One can’t exist without the other. There is a shift in the whole body when your chakras are aligned. The world and your place in it becomes a little clearer after a chakra balance. We are the full spectrum of light and we simply are energy.

If I could meet anyone it would be God, because I have so many questions!
My fave goddess is Lakshmi. She teaches us that abundance is in everything and how to be grateful and aware of the abundance in all things and all experiences. I love to travel and meet new people and experience new places, but I equally truly love simply being at home in my garden and loving on my chickens and fruit trees.

My fave crystal is Herkimier ❤️
