Jordan TW Trio - Outdoor Socially-Distanced Concert!

Hello! We are Bud and Susan Pitman, and we will be your hosts for the Jordan TW Trio concert in New Ipswich, NH on Friday, June 25, 2020. Here are the quick reference details:

When: Friday, June 25, 2020. "Doors" at 6:30, music begins at 7. (Rain Date Sunday, June 27th, doors at 1:30, music at 2)

Where: 34 Lower Pratt Pond Rd., New Ipswich, NH 03071

What To Bring: masks (mandatory), lawn chairs, blankets, drinks, food

When you arrive, you will be parking on our street. It is a dirt road with no nighttime lights. We ask that you drive past our house, turn around, and then park on our side of the street near our driveway; that way when you are ready to leave you do not have to worry about turning around.

Our main goal is to keep everyone socially distanced, comfortable, and safe during the show. To accomplish this, all our guests will be sitting in “pods.” Each “person pod” is 4’x4’, with a 3’ border around the edge of it. So a one person pod is 10’x10’… a two person pod is 14’x10’… a three person pod is 18’x10’… etc. Your pod size will be based on how many tickets you purchased. The pods are marked by paint on the ground. Around the pod area will be a “race track,” which is what you will use to get to your pod and to get to the porta-potty. All of this design is to keep you safe. If it sounds confusing, don’t worry—it’s much easier to understand in person, and we will have guides that will help you when you walk up our driveway to our yard.

Any time you are not in your pod—walking up from your car, going to the porta-potty, etc—you will need to have a mask on. This is non-negotiable, is our choice as hosts, and is for everyone’s safety.

The pods are not assigned. They will be marked with small signs on stakes in the ground. If you have 2 people in your pod party, please go to a “2” sign that is available. You can then pull that little stake sign out of the ground and lay it down if you like. There will be extra pods—more than are needed—so that you may pick the place to sit where you feel comfortable and safe.

Please feel free to bring a cooler with food and drinks, lawn chairs, an umbrella in case it sprinkles, and perhaps a beach blanket to put at your spot. There will be a porta-potty with hand sanitizer for you to use. We ask that whatever trash you have you bring with you when you leave. Please don’t bring pop-up tents; due to the layout of the land it would make it difficult for other guests to see.

Bud and I will be having two house guests. The four of us, and Jordan and his band (so they can use our “green room,”) are the only folks who will be entering our house. If you have any kind of emergency, please let one of us know (we will be sitting by our front door) and we will help you.

If you'd like to get some really good hot food to bring to the show, we have some local suggestions that we love. These places will let you order your food ahead of time for pickup.

Bud and I are huge music fans. We’ve hosted several concerts since COVID started. We followed this format for the others, and it worked really well.
