Event description

In this workshop you will learn the how and why of backyard food production. Growing your food doesn’t just get you fresh produce at your fingertips – there are plenty of added bonuses. Find out how food gardening is good for your health, the environment and your bank balance.

Never had a garden before and need to know when to start, what to grow and how to plant, we will have the answers for you. Even if you are a novice home food producer or experienced gardener, there are always questions to ask and knowledge to share.

This will be a hands-on workshop with plenty of opportunity for questions and answers and is tailored to our local area.
