Backyard Sessions debut event will feature Luke Morris, who's latest EP made its way to 5th on the Apple iTunes charts, and he was a featured artist on Triple J's Roots n All, where host Nkechi Anele described him as "a beautiful songwriter who brings the cool to every tune he makes."

During the same Roots n All episode local Evans Head artist JESA debuted her single "You Before Me" which was played on the Triple J hit show where host Nkechi Anele described her track as "the perfect optimism potion, of brightness and sunlight."

Australia's best emerging artists will be joined by more local talent Luke Hayward, Kylie & Kerry-Ann Maunder.
