    Event description

The live music industry has been hit hard by COVID - now our community has been hit hard by floods.

We've worked with Kim Churchill & all the artists who are set to play at our next event to help rebuild live music while supporting the community who have been hardest hit by the floods in Broadwater, Woodburn, and Evans Head.

    •  100% of ALL TICKET sales will be donated to flood-affected people in Woodburn, Broadwater, and Evans Head.
    • Plus, 100% of ALL revenue generated at the event on the day will be donated
    • We will be fully transparent & show you how the money is spent supporting our community

This event WILL NOT be BYO - we are in the final stages of confirming a beer partner who will provide Karma Kegs for sale - with all proceeds going to our community.

We are a volunteer group of local people running this event, no one is paid for the work we do. We do it to simply support musicians during tough times, and now we can extend this help to our surrounding community.

Backyard Sessions is back featuring one of our favourite Australian artists Kim Churchill & this time he's bringing some very talented friends with him.

With a new album release on the horizon, Kim Churchill sets out on his biggest camper van tour yet! And, Evans Head is one of many beautiful seasides, riversides, and country-sides stops scheduled for this tour.

To celebrate the release of his latest single, Fighter, Kim is capitalising on the beautiful natural environments he’s been discovering over the last several years to bring people a stunning evening blend of nature and music.

Each lineup is a handpicked selection of artists and dear friends of Kim with some beautiful collaborations on the cards and an array of incredible art!

This event IS NOT BYO, all ages and friendly dogs on leads are welcome, so don’t be afraid to bring the whole family!
