BAE Systems Australia's Organisational Resilience workshop: Be ready – your plan for when it all hits the fan!

The Global Access Program (GAP) would like to invite you to attend BAE Systems Australia's: Organisational Resilience: Be ready – your plan for when it all hits the fan! Workshop in Sydney.

Organisational Resilience is a one-day course that is designed to increase your capability to prevent and recover from business interruptions enabling you to be a stronger supplier to BAE and your broader customer base. 

The Organisational Resilience course covers:

• Why we should – and why we don’t – plan effectively?

• Business resilience trends and learnings from BAE supplier assessments

• A real-world scenario case study, presented by Sutton Tools

• Thinking under pressure: Brain function and Decision-making in Crisis Situations

• Building an effective war room for business continuity

• The four pillars of Business Continuity

• Essential Tools for Business Continuity Planning

• How Business Continuity Unites Teams

• The importance of a living plan

• Participants will also be provided with access to take-home templates and support resources for their businesses

• The course is underpinned by a case study and practical exercises, making for an interactive and engaging day.

The course will be supported by BAE Systems business continuity practitioners and our supplier development team, providing direct access to decades of subject matter expertise.

The course is free for Australian businesses.

This workshop is intended to be a team exercise. You are encouraged to nominate 2-3 participants from your business to attend. These individuals should be key members of your business leadership – those that will be responsible for executing your business continuity.

Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm | Registrations open 8:00am

Location: Sydney CBD, location provided to registrants prior to the event

Catering: Tea, coffee, water and catering will be provided

Cost: There is no cost to attend the course, however travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participating Company/Delegate. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that late cancellation inside of 48hours before the event or non-attendance will incur a mandatory cancellation fee.
