BAG presents Pottery Workshop with Lyn

Lyn Cameron was born in Murwillumbah NSW and now lives in Cootamundra NSW.  She is a hobby potter and has been potting since 1981. Lyn has spent much of her life travelling, both in Australia and overseas.  This travel has afforded  her the opportunity to attend numerous workshops and has influenced much of her work. As a member of the Wagga Wagga Potters Club, Lyn relishes the sharing of knowledge and the common interests of the group. She enjoys both wheel work and handbuilding, creating a variety of functional pots and artistic pieces. The workshop will introduce you to slab building techniques. The aim will be to make a cylinder, which you can either turn into a vase or a mug, which you can then personalise by adding decorations of your choice.  Lyn loves sharing her knowledge and looks forward to meeting you at the workshop.
