Planet 1st presents...Bake and Take Pies Kids Master Class!

Chefs Bill and Mikael will guide students in preparation of (3) classic Holiday pies to bake on site and take home to enjoy. Flavors of pies include Pumpkin, Pecan and Chocolate.

Age requirement is 11-17 years old.
Adult/Child Combo available for one parent and one child who would like to attend together. Child must be at least 6 years old.

Activities Include:

Preparation of traditional pie crust and cookie crust and proper placement in pie tins/design work
Preparation of pie fillings (includes knife skills, measuring and placement of filling in crust)
Introduction to kitchen and proper baking techniques
Aprons for each new student will be provided to take home.

PARENTS ARE TO REMAIN AT THE MARKET
The doors will open at 10:15 AM, the class will start promptly at 10:30 AM
The class will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen, these are the doors across from Akira
Budding chefs' creations will be enough to feed a child and one adult
