• How does Voting work?

  All attendees may vote once.
  Attendees can vote for items they have purchased but also for items they haven't purchased.
  QR codes will be up in the venue to vote on your phones.
  Voting will finish up at 3pm with winner awarded at 3:30pm.

• Duration of event

  The event will run from 12pm - 3pm.
  

• Winner/s

  Winner/s will be drawn at 3:30pm in the venue and award/s will be handed out.

• Who are the dessert makers?

  We are bringing together 7 talented dessert traders:

  • Third Circle Bakery

• I have allergies

  Bakers will be selling items that are free from

  • Eggs (100%)

  • Dairy (100%)

  • Animal parts (100%)

  • Gluten free (options available)

  • Nuts (options available)

  Note that all designs by the dessert creators are unique to them.

  2 of our bakers sell completely gluten free and nut free. All bakers may have traces of gluten and as such do not have a coeliac friendly certification.

  Should you have allergies, please note that we aim to provide as much insight into the ingredients and avoid cross contamination where possible, but each creator will be preparing their desserts in their own kitchens. • Will there be savoury Vegan Food available?

  Woking Amazing Food truck will be serving up delicious savoury food from 12pm onwards inside Welcome to Thornbury in the Truck yard. To get to Woking Amazing, head past the bar and outside.

  

• Can I bring my dog?

  Dogss are welcome at Welcome to Thornbury, however if your pet gets anxious or shy, this may not be the best event for them.

• Disability/Inclusivity?

  The Vegan Vegout, Woking Amazing and Welcome to Thornbury are all Disability friendly and Inclusive. We welcome everyone.

• Will Welcome to Thornbury have a Vegan Bar menu for drinks?

  Yes, Welcome to Thornbury will have signage up with their Bar Menu which wil linclude vegan friendly cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks.
