This month we are heading outdoors!
You weren’t designed to live disconnected. Nature isn’t just “nice” — it’s essential. Research shows that spending just 15 minutes a day in nature can reduce cortisol, lower blood pressure, and improve mental clarity.
In this event, you will experience the benefits of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, as you take a guided mindful walk through the forest, engaging all your senses and immersing yourself in the sights, sounds and smells of the natural world 🌿🍃.
You will also learn the essential oils that can be used to achieve similar effects on the days you cannot be out in nature.
