For too long, small and family business owners have been led to believe that their well-being is a luxury and that anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and burnout are simply the cost of doing business.
We're excited to be partnering with the Office of Small and Family Business and the District Council of Yankalilla to deliver the next workshop in our Wellbeing Mastermind Series.
BALANCING YOUR BUSINESS AND LIFE
Running a business isn't easy, especially in a changing world and during times of uncertainty. Balancing the demands of a small business and life in general can feel stressful, overwhelming, and exhausting.
In this interactive, fun, and engaging workshop, you will connect with other business owners and explore ways to support your well-being and that of your team or employees. You will share and problem-solve as a collective while learning essential skills and strategies to protect your mental health and well-being.
Some of the things we'll explore in this workshop:
- How to work out what's important and what to let go of
- How carrying the mental load impacts your wellbeing
- Using boundaries to protect your time and energy
- Responding Vs reacting; which makes you feel more in control
- Recognising feelings of fear, anxiety or stress
- Practical skills to support your mental health and wellbeing
- Where to go to seek further help and resources.
These workshops are heavily subsidised* from the Office of Small and Family Business.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
This program is designed and facilitated by Bel Ryan from Ignite Wellbeing Co. A highly experienced workshop facilitator and mental health clinician with over 20 years of experience Bel brings a unique combination of lived experience, trauma-informed practice, mental health training, art therapy, and counselling to her workshops.
