In Person: Balancing Effective Course Delivery and Student Accommodations (May 27th, 2025)

Workshop Overview
This workshop will offer a chance to get to know one another, engage in meaningful conversations about teaching and learning, and explore key topics related to course delivery and accommodations. We’ll be drawing on emerging themes from ongoing discussions and polling in the Community of Practice (CoP) Blackboard space to help shape the session. However, there’s no need to review any asynchronous materials ahead of time.

What to Expect:

• Facilitated by Cathy Mills
• Interactive format with self-reflective activities, small and large group discussions
  
• Use of Mentimeter, Padlet, and other digital tools accessible via smartphone or computer
  
• Opportunities to engage using sticky notes, pens, paper, and whiteboards
  
• Themes and discussions will be captured to help build our resources on Blackboard
