Refund Policy Due to the limited places and personalised nature of the AMPLIFY Program, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible at bandwidthprogram@gmail.com. We will do our best to offer a credit or transfer your place to a future intake, subject to availability and discretion. Terms & Conditions By registering for the AMPLIFY Program, you agree to the following terms: Program Access: Your registration gives you access to a series of live and virtual group learning sessions, tailored virtual mentoring streams, and resources curated by BANDWIDTH and its partners. Participation: As AMPLIFY is designed to be an interactive and collaborative program, we expect participants to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality within sessions, and contribute to a supportive learning environment. Schedule & Content: While every effort will be made to deliver the program as described, session times, topics, and speakers may be subject to change. Intellectual Property: All materials shared by presenters and mentors remain their intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Recording or distribution of content without permission is not permitted. Privacy: Any personal or business information you share through the program will be treated in confidence and used solely to support your journey within the program, in accordance with our privacy policy. Conduct: BANDWIDTH reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.
