Bangkok To Istanbul Fundraiser

You drove where???

In July 2026, local Mansfield builder, Rick Lindsay, drove his beloved 97 year old Pontiac from Bangkok, Thailand to Istanbul, Turkiye. Along the way he saw all sorts of things, met lots of interesting characters and ate a bewildering array of food. He did it for the adventure, but also to raise awareness and money for Parkinsons Disease and specifically for the Shake It Up charity that a good friend had introduced him to.

Radio Mansfield has been talking to Rick reguarly over the last 4 months as he drove 'his old girl' along the Silk Route and now they want to share his story face to face as well as raising a bit of money for Shake It Up too.
