Description

Join this practical bike riding skills session for adults who can already balance and pedal their bikes but don't feel confident using their bicycle.

Perhaps you've not ridden for a while, are returning from an injury, or you'd just like to feel more confident out and about on two wheels?

In a traffic free environment our friendly Instructors will take you through basic but essential bike control skills including smooth starting and stopping, using gears, scanning and signalling, and skills for riding on shared paths and roads.

With a break for lunch (BYO lunch) in the middle of the day you'll have plenty of time to digest everything you've learned, and make some new friends.

This course is commissioned by City of Banyule and delivered by the professionals from Bike it Better.

Fee: $25 full, or $5 concession
