Frequently Asked Questions
- Dress code: formal, a nod to the theme is welcomed but not expected
- Ticket sales will close 23rd September
- If you are entitled to discounted tickets you will be sent a code to use at checkout.
- This code is eligible for one ticket only and should not be shared - use of discount codes by an ineligible member will result in a refund of tickets.
- Please contact BAPS via social media if you are eligible for a discount code but did not receive it.
- All tickets are eligible for a full refund up until 14 days prior to the event.
- Dietary requirements cannot be catered for if they are not recorded, please fill this section out when purchasing your ticket to ensure we have a meal for you.
- All meat served at the venue is Halal. Please note if you would like a Halal meal in the dietary requirements section so we can ensure all elements on your plate are acceptable.
- Drinks included with your ticket can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic
