Bare Foot Beat & TR pres. SKYDANCE LAUNCH PARTY BYRON BAY

Bare foot Beat & Tabularasa Collective present: Skydance Launch - Byron Bay

SATURDAY 23 AUGUST, 2025

6PM – 3AM | Secret Warehouse | Full Bar | Indoor & Outdoor Spaces

Skydance festival touches down in Byron Bay for the second stop of its East Coast launch series and this one’s something special.

For the first time ever, a brand new warehouse location in Byron town will be opened and transformed, a creative sanctuary nestled in the heart of town.

This one’s powered by two forces known for crafting magic from the underground: Bare foot Beat and Tabularasa Collective.

Our Byron fam: Bare foot Beat.

Lighting up the fringes of the Northern Rivers for the last seven years.

They’re built for dusty dancefloors and sunrise chaos.

A community stitched together by groove, grit, and glitter.

Unapologetically underground.

Curated by Monsieur Diop — stage designer, decor artist, DJ, and creative visionary — Bare Foot Beat are the kind of crew who turn dancefloors into healing. Into art. Into release.

Together, we’re teaming up to celebrate the Skydance launch and a nomadic homecoming, all at once.

Tabularasa Collective is a multidimensional collective known for weaving together music, visual storytelling, and immersive art. Their events blur the line between party and performance, offering a taste of the underground that’s raw, artful, and entirely their own.

Founded by the original Subsonic team, they’ve brought their vision to life across continents: from crafting the iconic Tribe stage at Summer Contrast in Poland, to hosting boutique gatherings and underground retreats in Fiji, and the beloved Waves: a surfside sanctuary of sound held on the shores of Crescent Head.

Skydance is their latest evolution, a collaboration with the original Skydance crew to create something unforgettable.

We’re taking over with a full sensory fitout:

Live painting, video art & installation walls

D&B Sound System (Germany)

Artistic performances & immersive lighting

Lasers + full mapping by Erik

Full production by Tabularasa Collective
