What to Bring:
Please arrive wearing soft, comfortable clothing to move in (activewear etc.)
Swimwear to change into + 2 towels for the sauna and mineral pool experience.
Optional bathrobe and journal.
All tools, mats, props and refreshments provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour a calm, grounded start.
