Our Barista Basics Masterclass caters to coffee enthusiasts eager to explore or advance their skills in espresso extraction and milk texturing.
You will have the opportunity to develop the technical skills necessary for achieving a balanced espresso extraction. You will also learn techniques for consistently achieving desirable milk texture and temperature.
Throughout the class, you will observe and practice the preparation of various coffee beverages using a range of milks, including non-dairy alternatives.
Additionally, participants will gain insights into the operational workflow of a specialty coffee cafe, from grinding beans to serving customers.
