Barung Landcare Annual General Meeting 2024 and 35 Year Anniversary

Barung AGM

The Barung Landcare 2024 AGM will be at the Maleny Sport and Rec on Saturday, November 2nd at 2pm. We invite all members to attend.

Come along to hear an update on what Barung Landcare has achieved in the last year, and our vision for 2025.

If you are interested in being more involved in Barung Landcare at the management level, nominations are now open to become an ordinary committee member or an office bearer.

Please send completed Nomination forms to info@barunglandcare.org.au no later than 19th October 2024. Proxy Forms no later than 2pm Thursday 31st October.

An agenda for the meeting will be issued to those registered to attend prior to the meeting.

Where: Maleny Sport and Recreation Club, Parklands Drive, North Maleny (off Porters Lane). 

Tea and coffee provided.

• Confirm minutes of 2023 AGM
• Auditor's Report for 2023-24
• Reports from the General Manager and Office Bearers
• Election of Office Bearers

Barung 35 Year Anniversary

Following the AGM, members are invited to gather with us in recognition of 35 years of Barung Landcare! We will gather at the Nursery (across the road from Sport and Rec) for drinks, nibbles and to share memories and stories from over three decades of Landcare on the Blackall Range. As members playing a part in the story of Barung, we'd love to share this remarkable achievement with you!

Nibbles and snacks provided and drinks will be available to purchase.

Time: Following the AGM - 3.30pm to 6.00pm

Where: Barung Landcare Nursery, Parklands Drive, North Maleny (in the case of wet weather we will continue on at Maleny Sport and Recreation Club)
