Use this form to book party hire items from our Barwon Toy Libraries branches, Grovedale, Geelong West and Belmont. Party hire bookings are for 7 days.

Pick up window: Saturday 10:30 – 11:00am
You will be contacted the week before to confirm your pick up time.

Returns window: Saturday 9:30am – 10:30am
Please note, pick up and return times must be strictly adhered to.

You may request early pickup, and this will be at the branches discretion, and based on availability of both the hire items and staff/volunteer access. If you wish to guarantee early access, you are welcome to book your items for the week prior as well if they are available.

Currently, borrowing is restricted to members of Barwon Toy Libraries and their pre-amalgamation toy libraries of Belmont, Grovedale and Geelong West. Access for short-term and non-members is coming in 2027.

BTL membership signup opens in January 2027. Until then, join your preferred branch and your membership will carry over:

• Grovedale membership signup

• Geelong West membership signup

• Belmont membership signup

All purchasers must confirm at checkout that they accept the pickup and return location conditions.

Pick up and return instructions

Grovedale
Arrive at 45 Heyers Road, Grovedale and park in the carpark at the rear of the main building. The 5 minute pickup zone may be used with respect.

Geelong West
Arrive at 8-13 Clarence Street, Geelong West. Park in the car park and enter via the Clarence Street side entrance to the building.

Belmont
Arrive at 33 Mt Pleasant Road, Belmont. Enter through the car park at the side of the building.

All bookings should be made 7 days before the pick up date to secure your party hire.

Please be considerate. Late return of a hire item affects someone else's plans, and returning or collecting from the wrong branch means it isn't where the next family expects it to be. For these reasons:

• Items returned late incur a fee equal to the full weekly rental price.

• Items collected or returned at the wrong branch incur a fee equal to one additional week's hire, and BTL takes no responsibility for relocating them.

At the Committee's discretion, we may request early return on Saturday morning to accommodate specific usage of the items by the branch.
