In this class, students will receive an intro to Human Design and how this system can help you to connect to your gifts, listen to your body and how it is guiding you, as well as better understand how to best care for yourself and others so that you can have the most energy and flow in your life. This class is especially good if you have always wanted to learn more about Human Design and your chart, as well as understanding your loved one’s charts. At the end of this class, you will leave with an understanding of all of the basic aspects of your chart (Energy Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile and the Centers), so that you can not only feel empowered in learning how you operate, but also how your loved ones do as well.

*Note- this class is designed for those new to Human Design, but if you are already familiar with your chart, this class can also be a great refresher to align with aspects of your chart, and ask any questions you have. Please come prepared at the class with a printout or photo of your chart and info, as well as paper to take notes. You can look up your chart at: www.myhumandesign.com. Click "download chart", and then bring that information with you. You do not need to do any research into your chart besides looking it up and bringing that downloaded copy with you.

This class is designed for adults, or parents who would like to help guide their children in their design. While children can pick up on the info from this class, it is best suited for adults.

Siri grew up within the Alta community, and loves sharing wisdom that she has learned from many years of study. She was led down a healing path after a traumatic brain injury from skiing in college, and now loves to share helpful ways to connect our brains and bodies. She is an Energy Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Coach, and Human Design Reader, helping her clients to utilize these different modalities to access their potential. She loves spending as much time in nature as possible, loves art, and loves bringing community together.
