MOONAH: Basics to Brilliant with Villino Coffee Roasters
Basics to Brilliant with Villino Coffee Roasters
Already completed our Introduction to Barista Skills course and ready to level up? This 3-hour hands-on session is all about putting your skills into practice, with a focus on milk texturing and workflow under café-style conditions.
With just four participants per session, you’ll have your own machine and plenty of time to dial in your technique. Expect expert guidance, one-on-one feedback and coaching, and the chance to build confidence behind the machine. This is a less structured class, where students can highlight areas they’re looking to refine, and our instructor will customise your practice to achieve these goals.
Perfect for those already working in industry or looking to round off and practice their learning from our Introduction to Barista Skills course. It’s also ideal preparation for stepping into more advanced training later such as latte art and of course those faster-paced café roles.
Please note: this course is only currently offered in Hobart.
Participants need to have either completed our Introduction to Barista Skills course or have experience with steaming milk.
Delivered in partnership with the legends at Villino Coffee Roasters!
