Indulge in a beautifully crafted three-course menu, prepared by a renowned local chef and showcasing the finest locally sourced produce. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to celebrate the flavours of our region and tantalise your tastebuds.

Your evening begins with a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival, with additional beverages available for purchase from our licensed bar, featuring local favourites from Apple Thief Cider, Crafty Cider, Tumut River Brewing Company, and Johansen Wines.
