Join our FREE peer-led online mental health & wellbeing workshop presented by batyr in partnership with Swinburne University, designed specifically for you.
Hereβs what you can expect:Β
Supporting Yourself & Others: Have you ever been the go-to friend when someone's having a tough week, going through a breakup or struggling to get their assignments across the line? We have too. We'll cover the ins and outs of looking after yourself, while also supporting your mates.
Learn what Works: This session will help you develop self-awareness and strategies to cope with stress and uncertainty to improve your chances of academic success.
Providing the Tools to Seek Help: Walk away knowing where and how to seek help at Swinburne and beyond.
Lived Experience Storytelling: Hear a Lived Experience Storyteller share their personal mental health journey, including the strategies that helped them during their studies and beyond.
Not your Average: Join a fun, approachable conversation with other like-minded Swinburne University students! We give students a positive experience talking about mental health.

π Who is batyr?
batyr is a preventative mental health organisation, which champions a peer-led approach. Through lived experience storytelling, batyr shares mental health stories that inspire action, reaching students early and often with the tools they need to look after themselves and each other before a crisis.
