Bay Bites & Brews

Bay Bites & Brews is a unique culinary event celebrating the best of Jervis Bay’s local producers, expertly paired with craft beers from Jervis Bay Brewing Co.

Guests will enjoy a four-course dining experience, with each dish thoughtfully prepared by renowned local eateries: 

4 courses paired with Beers (or wine for non-Beer drinkers)

Starter by Kraken Sourdough Hand made naturally fermented sourdough croissant laminated with pepe saya cultured butter. Stuffed with JBBC beer-braised onions, silky mash and a decadent macadamia and parmesan custard.

Entree by Jervis Bay Mussels

Main by 5 Little Pigs Congee Grilled Pork Belly, Gai Laan, Chilli Crunch, Green Onion

Finnish by Phyco Health Apple cake and seaweed custard

Each course is complemented by a selection of Jervis Bay Brewing Co. craft beers, with an optional wine pairing featuring Sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay or Cab. Merlot.
